Shep Smith did not smack Bill Kristol, Shep Smith smacked the Democrats. He decries the "disgusting and repulsive reality" of poisonous partisan politics, which ties the President's hands and prevents him from taking his trademark Bold Decisive Action because the Democrats would take advantage of it to retake Congress and thus prevent him from doing anything Bold And Decisive ever again.
