Probably not an edible ginger, but there's only so much sacrifice an alien space ginger will make for pathetic earthlings willing to vote for Dear Leader.

Oh Balboa Park is such a great place. Hope you got to see Hall of Champions Sports Museum.
Alas, no. At least, not the *inside*. I'm pretty much the only member of the family who pays any attention at all to sports.
I considered the lily pads and decided that I quite like them.
I think that is a bromeliad. Not a space potato.
