Gore's Roar

Go. Read. Now.

Hopefully later on I'll have something more coherent to say about it than "BRAVO!!!" and "More like this, please."

UPDATE: Changed link to point to Hecate's post on the speech, which is also excellent, and reminds us of what's morally at stake.

It is a thoughtful, concise warning about the ongoing threat to our Constitutional Republic. It's can be condensed into a soundbite. So, my guess is the mainstream media will ignore it or bury it under "politics".

That should have been, it *can't* be condensed.

I think we should all email a copy of the Gore speech to our Senate Democrats.

Especially the Judicial Committee Dems.

And good ol' Arlen. Who is sooooo concerned about the arrogation of power by the self-styled "unitary executive." Could Bush nominate someone worse? Sure. And if Alito were filibustered successfully, so too would the "worse" nominee.
