Friday Quote & Cat Blogging

This week's quote is from The World Of Henry Orient, in which a pair of teenage girls become obsessed with concert pianist Peter Sellers. I have no idea what it means.
And then two small bladders came out of their mouths. Just as she was starting to hum, too.

And, of course, there'll be other people's cats.

Introducing the shadowy and mysterious Codename B.

I don't even want to know how the bladders got into their mouths.

Why no pinch?

Hm, sometimes it's good to live in the mystery, so don't read on if you want a little spoiler. He's talking about two girls blowing bubble gum. As I recall there is some romantic tryst going on (she was just starting to hum) and the girls run across it and and ruin the moment with their popping gum, etc. Very strange out of context, I'll agree. Beautiful cat!

Ah, thanks. I wrote the quote down a long time ago, and have no recollection of the context. Which is why I like it.

Aww! That's my kitty! She's 8 weeks old now, and getting bigger every day! Although she seems to think that if she flattens herself out on the floor as much as possible, she becomes Magically Invisible. That's Cat Logic for you.

That's a cute little darlin! I hope she will learn to stay off tables and counters:)
